We intuitively know what foods make our bodies feel better (and worse), yet it can still be so hard to make healthy eating decisions on a daily basis.
Why? It all starts with the story we tell ourselves.
All too often we focus on the external goals (losing ten pounds, sculpting a six-pack, clearing-up our skin). But when we focus too hard on what's on the outside, we lose touch with what motivates and inspires us to fully engage and be joyful in life from the inside.
Nourishing yourself starts from the inside out - not only through our food, but through the love and self-compassion we have for ourselves and our choices.
Join functional medicine dietician Miriam Jacobson, and licensed acupuncturist and Breathwork facilitator Amy Kuretsky for an experience to shift the way you think about your body and the foods you nourish it with.
In this two-hour workshop we'll share ways you can increase nourishment in your meals and in your life. We'll spend time learning, sharing, and breathing - to help release any limiting beliefs around our relationships with food and open up our hearts to new ideas and approaches.
Fall back in love with yourself and your food. And take a more intuitive approach to nourishing your body and mind.
