Hi, I’m Miriam! 

I’m a functional medicine dietitian, breathwork facilitator, and the founder of Every Body Bliss. I support individuals on their healing journey using a combination of nutritional therapy, mindset coaching, and breathwork. 

It’s my mission to create a supportive environment for healing while helping you feel empowered, engaged, and joyful about your health.

Nutrition is the foundation to creating health and balance and feeling alive inside your own body. I work under the paradigm of functional medicine nutrition because it helps us address the root cause of your health imbalances. There is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to health. Each of our bodies is unique. Understanding your own individual needs and imbalances is the key to creating a radical shift in your overall health and wellbeing. 

While nutrition is truly the foundation for healing the physical body, wellness is more dynamic than what happens in our kitchens. I weave both coaching and breathwork into our work together, which informs us of other areas in your life that also need nourishment and healing. 

 
 
 
 

I have been living and breathing nutrition for my entire career. The more I learn, the more I fall in love with (and feel humbled by) the healing process! 

I started my career by studying to become a Registered Dietitian (RD), but by the time I became a dietitian I was hungry to help people in a more meaningful way. 

My RD training taught me to help people manage their diagnoses with nutrition, but I knew I could make a deeper impact—I wanted to help people optimize their health and feel alive in their bodies. So I returned to school and graduated with my master’s degree in functional medicine nutrition from the University of Bridgeport. 

 
 
 

During my graduate studies, I started counseling clients at a private nutrition practice in NYC. Working with clients through functional medicine was so exciting because it had such profound effects. Not only did my client’s metabolic markers improve, but seeing the impact of optimal health on their daily lives fulfilled me like nothing else ever had! My clients would come in feeling exhausted, heavy, and bloated and leave feeling energized, confident, brighter, and lighter. I knew I had found my path in the nutritional healing world.

In 2016 I packed up my NYC life and moved to Los Angeles where I established Every Body Bliss. Since then I have deepened my own healing practice and have incorporated even more integrative modalities into my client work. 

My formal nutrition training combined with my personal healing journey is the foundation for my coaching process.
