Welcome to Every Body Bliss. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of everybodybliss.com (the "Site") and any content, programs, masterclasses, webinars, and services offered through it (collectively, the "Services"), provided by Ever Bbody Bliss ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing the Site, registering for a masterclass or program, or using any of our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.
1. Educational Purposes Only — Not Medical Advice
All content provided through the Site and Services — including masterclasses, webinars, group programs, emails, articles, and downloads — is for general educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from your physician or other qualified healthcare provider. This includes sharing program materials, masterclass replays, or login access with others.

When you register for a masterclass, program, or email list, you agree to provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activity under your account.
6. Purchases, Payments, and Refunds
Prices for paid Services are listed at the time of purchase. By purchasing, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method. All sales are final.
7. Code of Conduct
When participating in group programs, live sessions, or community spaces, you agree to:
Treat other participants and facilitators with respect
Keep information shared by other participants confidential
Refrain from giving medical advice to other participants
Not record sessions without permission
We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these standards, without refund.
8. Third-Party Links and Tools
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, products, or tools (such as scheduling, payment, or email platforms). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service giving rise to the claim (or $100 if you have not made a purchase).

By implementing any information from our Services, you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and at your own risk, and you release Every Body Bliss from any liability arising from your use of the information provided.
